The room was spacious and the staff immediately addressed any issues I had. One specific situation that happened during my stay was when I had dinner at JW Cafe. The server, Loan Thuy Thu Trang, was friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the fresh and delicious seafood and sushi. The restaurant had a great variety of dishes, including Western cuisine, Japanese dishes, Vietnamese pho, and a wide selection of desserts and seafood like lobster and shrimp. The overall dining experience was excellent and I will definitely come back in the near future.

The hotel was exquisite and exceeded expectations. the exclusive amenities fulfilled our luxurious needs, including the well-appointed spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the serene garden area and pool with a view were perfect for relaxing. In-room breakfast and private facilities added to the exclusivity.

While the location was tranquil, it was a bit far from the city center. the dinner buffet was overpriced for the limited options.

Great hotel experience for my city trip! the breakfast buffet was diverse, offering many different dishes. the hotel's staff was very attentive and friendly. the hotel had a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. the hotel had a beautiful pool, complete with clean water for guests. Finally, the hotel shuttle provided easy access to a nearby shopping district.

The hotel's location was less than ideal. It was approximately a 30-minute drive from the city center, which meant we had to use the shuttle or a taxi to get around.

Clean and spacious rooms. Extensive club lounge facilities. Delicious food at lunch and buffet breakfast. Impressive views and Christmas decorations. Friendly and polite staff.
