Exceptional customer service made my stay pleasant.

I encountered a frustrating issue when I checked into my room, which had not been cleaned properly. This was not the welcoming start I had expected. Additionally, I found the shower temp frustratingly inconsistent, only offering cold or lukewarm water. It felt like I was in a constant battle trying to adjust the faucet to get a comfortable temperature. The decor around the hotel generally felt outdated too, which took away from the overall aesthetic.
