my stay at Urbano was absolutely amazing. the staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. the location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and close to the park for parking. the room was clean and had everything I needed. definitely my best stay in Lisbon!

The breakfast delivery to the room was a great touch, and we also appreciated the free coffee and cake in the lobby. The location was perfect - right in the heart of town and within walking distance of everything we needed. We also loved the clean and comfortable rooms, with strong WiFi and cozy beds.

We were only given one room key, which made it difficult when one of us wanted to stay in the room while the other went out. , the layout of our bathroom wasn't ideal - with the door right next to the bed, there wasn't much privacy.
