My stay at Embassy Suites in Dorado was fantastic! I was there for a week-long vacation and thoroughly enjoyed my time. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The beautiful lobby with its green plants and water stream created a tranquil atmosphere. The happy hour with live music was a highlight, as was the pool area which was both stunning and peaceful. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing, the pool and beach were clean, and the view from my room patio was breathtaking. The restaurant served delicious food, including the best red snapper dinner I've ever had.

The front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and had great customer service skills. The breakfast and happy hour offerings were fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. The pool area was stunning and well-maintained, providing ample space to relax in the sun. The beach was enjoyable for our kids, with calm waters due to the protective wall. The location was perfect, just outside the busy city of San Juan.

The hotel features a beautiful atrium with plants and a dining area. There is a coffee snack shop and a restaurant on-site. The pool area has multiple levels and a bar for food and drinks. The private beach is nice with clear water. Food and drinks are easily accessible without leaving the location.

This hotel is in the perfect location, near the man-made beach and in the San Juan metropolitan area. The pool is very nice and the beds in the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the room service staff is attentive. Additionally, the hotel offers an ocean-view room with beautiful views of palm trees, and the air conditioning works well.

The price of food and drinks is expensive, making it difficult to get room service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff treated us like royalty and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the pool and the bar/grill by the pool. The food was amazing and served with style. The location on the man-made beach was perfect for us, especially since we were traveling with kids. It offered access to a private beach, which was a lot of fun.

The staff exhibited excellent service and the housekeeping did an outstanding job at keeping our room spotless during the stay.

The basic amenities were all there, and our room was perfect with a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The staff were nice and the service was top-notch. The breakfast, although limited and the same every day, was hot and made to order, adding a delicious touch to our stay.
