The staff were friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile. My room was clean and spacious with a great view. The hotel had a cool and relaxed vibe. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided in the room. The location was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions.

The pool was closed for maintenance without prior notification. The check-in process was unconventional and could be more efficient.

We loved the complimentary wine tasting from 5-7 PM, great for bike riders to relax and enjoy. The staff recommended excellent nearby food options. Area was good with easy access to attractions. Great stay, will definitely return!

Great location in the heart of the action, close to many restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing an early check-in and late check-out. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice view. The hotel had a beautiful design and offered little touches like free coffee, pastries, and snacks in the room, as well as free Neutrogena products in the bathroom.

The pool area could have been better staffed and more inviting. Sunset Blvd, being a busy street, had some noise, but the hotel did try to minimize its impact.

The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel's location was perfect, with great views and a central neighborhood that made it easy to explore the city. Plus, we loved the complimentary beverages and snacks provided in the room.

We noticed some cleanliness issues in the hotel. The carpets had stains, and there was dust and dirt on the walls. The furniture, especially the bed frame, was scratched and dirty. Additionally, the shower head was low and had a weak spray. It would also be nice if the room service had extended hours to cater to late-night cravings.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in West Hollywood and were thoroughly impressed. The location is absolutely beautiful, situated overlooking the Hollywood hills in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The hotel is also conveniently located in the center, making it easy to explore the area.

I appreciated the free breakfast and gym access during my stay. It was nice to have some complimentary snacks in the room as well. The location was great for shopping and restaurants, with everything we needed within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and provided a peaceful sleep every night.

The staff was not very accommodating during the busy Christmas season. The front desk was disorganized and often seemed to be short-staffed.

We spent 4 nights at the Andaz on the penthouse floor which is close to the pool. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar were good but can get very busy. The gym was up to date and very clean. A larger area for mat work would have been more comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant every day and everyday it was great. The daily complimentary coffee and snacks were much appreciated as was the wine in the evening. The staff at reception were knowledgeable and helpful. We were a group of 8 driving down the west coast and we all agreed that the Andaz is worth returning to.

I recently stayed at a hotel here, and it was an absolute delight. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Hollywood hills. I also appreciated that it was in a relatively quiet neighborhood of West Hollywood. The staff provided excellent service with a genuine smile and willingness to help, which made me feel so welcome. And the in-room amenities, like the mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities, really added to the luxurious feel of the stay. The leisure facilities were great – I particularly enjoyed the pool with its stunning views. The spa centre was also a welcome respite after a long day of sightseeing. And I was impressed by the range of services available, like the laundry and room service. this place exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.
