The Westin was worth every penny. The room was cozy and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could use a bit more variety.

Liked the central location of the hotel, which made it easy to navigate the city. Near popular landmarks and shopping areas. Also, the staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.

Disliked the need to pay for in-room wifi, which I found inconvenient. It would have been more convenient if it was included in the room rate.

The value for the money was great, and the room was lovely with a king-size bed and a beautiful view. The location was amazing, within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was amazing, right next to the iconic John Hancock tower. Everything I wanted to do in the city was just a short walk away. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff at check-in and check-out. The dining facility exceeded my expectations, with high-quality food and excellent service. I was particularly impressed by Ryan, a waiter who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I have traveled extensively and can confidently say that he was exceptional.

The hotel also offered great facilities, including a lounge and an option for environmentally conscious guests to earn extra points by not requesting full maid service.

The walls were thin, and the noise from outside and other rooms was very noticeable.

We had a really great time staying here! The location of this place was perfect for us, as it was in a great shopping area with many restaurants nearby. We also loved that this venue was next to the John Hancock tower, which made it a great landmark for us to easily find our way back. Everything we wanted to do was so conveniently located near this hotel, which made it really perfect for us.

The Westin Michigan Avenue had a clean environment and friendly, professional staff. The bellman, Javontae, was particularly helpful and offered assistance in any capacity. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway/train station, making it easy to access Wrigley Field. There is also a Starbucks coffee corner in the lobby and the hotel appears to have good conference facilities. The area around the hotel felt safe. The concierge provided helpful advice about travel to Wrigley Field and timing for departure to O'Hare.

The noise level at night was a bit high, with frequent emergency sirens and car horns being heard throughout the night. The view from our room was not as expected, with limited visibility of the surrounding area.

During my stay at The Westin, Alfredo from the concierge went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I had an outstanding experience. His warm welcome made us feel safe and well taken care of after a long journey. The hotel staff was courteous and the management was supportive of all our needs. Though the rooms were not the largest, they were decently sized for a couple.
