I recently stayed at Hilton in Ponce for our wedding anniversary and birthday celebration. The staff, including Henry at check-in and Celsa at the front desk, provided excellent customer service. The room had a breathtaking view and the common areas were beautiful. Elizabeth, our breakfast host, went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. The pool area was fantastic, and Orlando, Saul, Diego, Lil Red. The facilities were top-notch with multiple pools, a beach, and great dining options.

We had a blast at the resort, enjoying the pool area, and the amazing La Cava bar. The bartender Orlando was awesome and made us feel welcome.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with close proximity to the Golf center in the Ponce area and many shopping areas. The hotel facilities are top-notch, including a beautiful pool area with a small slide for the kids, two jacuzzis, and a second pool with views of the sea. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and we particularly loved the access to the private beach. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I loved that there were on-site restaurants and even a casino. The swimming pools and surrounding sitting area were beautifully arranged, and the easy access to the beach was a major plus. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was a breeze thanks to the amazing service provided by either closed cashier Id or CE Lugo. everything about the resort was great, from the convenient location to the attentive staff.

I had a wonderful time at Hilton in Ponce. My stay lasted a few days and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The maintenance crews were on top of everything and the bar had a great atmosphere. The people I encountered were all amazing and made my stay even better. I would love to return for a longer stay in the future. I am also very grateful to everyone for the special Birthday cake service - it was a lovely touch. Breakfast was also really good!

Beautifully landscaped property with easy access to a quiet beach and great snorkeling. Modern and clean rooms with well-chosen amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient parking with plenty of spaces. The perfect base to explore nearby beaches and cities.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The room was also great - spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently located close to key attractions and had easy access to transportation. Plus, the hotel had a fantastic pool area that we enjoyed spending time at.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. First, the price of the hotel was a bit expensive compared to others in the area.

Friendly staff, spacious pool area, variety of activities. Clean rooms, excellent restaurant and great service. Overall exceeded expectations and will definitely return.
