The hot tub was on fire and the shower head made us feel like we were in a music video. Plus, being near Mount Rushmore and exploring the Black Hills felt like going on a wild safari. It was totally the perfect setup for a teenage adventure!

We just wished they had a bigger game room or a DJ night for some extra party vibes.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if the children of the staff were more attentive to providing assistance with luggage and offering guidance to senior guests when needed.

My recent stay at Grand Gateway was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were great. The highlight of my stay was when I lost my wallet in front of my hotel room. The housekeeping lady found it and immediately turned it in to the front desk. I was relieved to find that everything inside was intact. I was really grateful for their honesty and I made sure to tip her.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room rates were very reasonable and the amenities provided were worth it. The location right off I-90 was extremely convenient for us as we were on a road trip. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beds that were good for our backs. Additionally, having a fridge and microwave in the room was a nice added convenience.
