The room was well maintained and the housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping it clean. the breakfast in the morning was excellent and there was a good variety. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and several restaurants, making it easy to find places to eat.

The front desk staff seemed to take numerous breaks and often left the desk unattended, which was a bit surprising and unsettling. the brochures in the room were outdated and didn't have accurate information.

This hotel is a real gem! My stay here was amazing because of its great value for money, and its perfect location close to malls and in a tourist area. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to details, keeping the rooms very clean with plenty of pillows and offering a good breakfast included.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as it was very close to my place of business. This was a huge convenience for me and made my commute much easier. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service. They were always polite and attentive to my needs. Finally, the basic amenities in the hotel were great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered was really nice. The added bonus of being close to the casino was also a great feature.

Everything was fine during my stay.

We absolutely loved the king size bed and how clean our room was each and every day. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Samuel even helped us get a discounted rental car from Target rental cars, which was a great bonus. The concierge was very helpful in recommending activities to do on the island, and everyone we encountered spoke English or found someone to translate for us. our honeymoon was amazing, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Puerto Rico!
