We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, especially Amanda, who was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a cozy and trendy atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and had unique decor. The location was perfect, right off of Ashford and close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the fact that there was parking available. this hotel provided a clean and enjoyable experience.

You can easily explore the nearby attractions within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from on the sidewalk across the street. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with friendly and accommodating personnel. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a Mediterranean touch, offering a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's rooftop bar provides a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset while sipping on delicious cocktails.

One drawback mentioned in a review was the small size of the room, which may not suit everyone's preferences.

The staff was unhelpful and ignored our requests, leading to an uncomfortable stay. the room was poorly maintained, with rotten lemons on display and a loud and visible air conditioning unit.

The value for our money was exceptional - we got a comfortable and clean room with a lovely inside patio to relax in. The hotel's location in the heart of Condado was perfect for easy beach access. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from making last-minute reservations to always having a smile and helping us with anything we needed. The location was great, right near the beach and other popular hotels. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel had a luxurious atmosphere. the service was exceptional, catering to our every need. the exclusive amenities provided, like the rooftop pool, sun loungers, and outdoor dining area, were impeccable. Our room was extremely comfortable with plush bedding and exclusive decor throughout. the restaurant had a wide selection of dishes, and the in-room breakfast was delicious.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the Spa & wellness center didn't appear to be onsite. But we didn't let that spoil our experience as there were still many other luxurious amenities on offer.
