Nothing could have been better.

The view and accommodations were stunning, perfect for a romantic getaway. Private plunge pool and near-private swimming pool and beach added to the feeling of exclusivity. The spacious villa had an amazing deck and enormous shower with doors opening to the outside.

Felt relaxed and had no reason to complain.

The casitas were beautiful and had stunning views. the installations were impressive and the staff was friendly and courteous. Plus, the private plunge pool was a great feature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

We were disappointed with the lack of room service and the temperature of the pool, which was too hot to enjoy. the buffet brunch on Sunday was also a letdown, with very limited food options and no bread available.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with immaculate rooms and well-maintained facilities. The location on the bluffs of northwest PR overlooking the Atlantic was simply breathtaking. Being surrounded by such natural beauty made it the perfect spot for some pampering and quality time. The staff were exceptional, from David and Dorcas at the Jota restaurant, who provided excellent service, to Ishmael at the front desk, who was always attentive and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly memorable experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had the most relaxing and romantic vacation at a beautiful, peaceful resort. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every moment was perfect. I loved having a private jacuzzi/pool in my villa, it was the perfect way to unwind. The views of the greenery and ocean were breathtaking. The resort also had great amenities like tennis courts and public pools. I felt safe and secure with their good security measures. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a resort for a therapy and relaxing vacation.

I would have liked more options for hiking and ecotourism on the hotel grounds and in the area. A more detailed map of the grounds and information on the area's ecology would enhance the experience.

We had a delightful getaway at this idyllic resort, nestled in the hills overlooking the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean. The spacious casitas provided us with total privacy and stunning ocean views. Our room was equipped with a personal plunge pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. The bathroom and shower were spacious, and the housekeeping staff kept everything clean and tidy. The resort offered a beautiful community pool, where we relaxed and enjoyed the lush surroundings. One of the highlights was the walkway that led through a nature preserve to a private beach, offering enchanting vistas of the ocean. The beach itself was not suitable for swimming due to rough waters, but it was perfect for peaceful strolls. The resort also boasted a challenging golf course with extraordinary views, and the well-maintained property featured koi ponds scattered throughout.

The restaurant service and timing could be improved, as we experienced long wait times for our food and inconsistent service.

The value for the money was excellent, we got much more than we expected. The room was absolutely stunning and the staff treated us like royalty. The location was perfect, offering tranquility and privacy.

The breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

The complimentary champagne and party hats were a nice touch for ringing in the New Year. the location was perfect with easy access to the beach and local attractions. the free shuttle service was a bonus and saved us money on transportation.

The hotel staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests and took a long time to respond to requests. the room was outdated and in need of maintenance, with broken fixtures and worn-out furnishings.
