The shuttle service to the airport was quite

convenient, making it easy to catch my flight. However, the reception staff could've been more accommodating when I raised my concerns about cleanliness in the bathroom. Overall, while the proximity to the airport is a huge plus, improvements in service would be welcome.

Spacious rooms with double windows for sound insulation and a convenient 24h room service made our stay relaxing.

The breakfast could use more black tea options😅. however, the staff was helpful, the superior king room was clean, and the restaurant had great service but you need to ask for attention.

The room was quiet and very cozy, better than the pictures! Had a lovely chat with the bartender who told us about the local coffee options during breakfast, could've just walked up and assumed I had to pay for it, but thankfully I didn’t.

I loved staying at Rin Airport Hotel! The 24-hour shuttle made traveling smooth, and the spa was an absolute delight after a long day. The staff's warmth and attentiveness truly made the experience special.

Cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The room had nice amenities, and we loved the shower's hot water on-demand. The shuttle service was super convenient. Breakfast had a good variety too.
