We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away in a tranquil area but still close to all the attractions. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and attentive staff to the impeccable housekeeping. We were also delighted with the welcome drink that awaited us upon arrival. The room was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we could ask for, including ironing facilities, a tea and coffee area, and a comfortable sitting area. We especially enjoyed the patio, where we could relax and take in the stunning views. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the garden furniture added a touch of elegance. The spa and wellness center offered a wide range of treatments, and the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The rooms are well-furnished and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided in the room consists of delicious muffins, yoghurt, and fruit. The pool is well-maintained and there are plenty of loungers available.

The phone line at the reception is not manned, making it difficult to reach someone when the restaurant is in service.

The wine pairing dinner was exceptional, and the views from the restaurant were breathtaking. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony overlooking the vineyards. The staff, especially Michelle, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel like part of a family. We loved the little extra surprises and will definitely return.

I had an amazing stay at Clos Malverne Wine Estate. The spacious bedroom and bathroom provided breathtaking views of the vineyard. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax and take in the surrounding beauty. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome treat that awaited me in the room. Michelle, the accommodation host, was fantastic. The restaurant at the wine estate exceeded my expectations with their exceptional wine pairing menu and outstanding cheese board. Everything about my stay was truly amazing.

There was a slight issue during check-in. The lady who showed us to our room seemed irritated and in a hurry to leave.
