The air conditioner in our room was such a relief during the hot December days and nights in St Lucia. The location of the hotel was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to restaurants and shops. The cleanliness and functionality of the room were top-notch. The staff, from the breakfast staff to the security and manager, provided exceptional service and made our holiday special.

It would have been nice to have a bar fridge in the room to keep drinks cold, especially in the summer. There was also a water shortage, so we didn't have drinking water in our room.

The location of the hotel was great, being near everything we wanted to see and do during our Easter holiday. the rooms were spacious and allowed for privacy, which was a big plus for us. We enjoyed having access to a braai area, perfect for cooking and relaxing during our stay.

The security at the hotel was poor, which affected our sleep. There were people who were drunk and made noise throughout the night, and the security guard didn't do much to stop them, despite the rules stating that noise should be kept down after 10 PM. the kitchen hygiene was not up to par.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail throughout the hotel is commendable. The location is also good, with many guest houses nearby that may have been a little nicer, but this hotel's location is perfect.

This place is such a great deal, we had the whole lodge to ourselves for most of our stay! Our room had a kitchen with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and the air-conditioning was really cold. The staff was super friendly and professional, making our stay even better.

As for breakfast choices, I wish they had a bigger variety.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 7 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The aircon was fantastic and the room was always clean and tidy. The cute elephant towel folds were a nice touch. The room also had a fridge and coffee making facilities, and the bed was very comfortable. The location in the center of town was perfect. We especially enjoyed having the whole lodge to ourselves for the first 5 nights, making it feel like our own private oasis. The kitchen in our bottom floor room was fully equipped, and the air-conditioning kept us nice and cool. The pool was also a great bonus. The staff, including Bongi at the help desk and Dudu the housekeeper, were friendly and helpful, and the night shift security made us feel safe and protected. Although there was loadshedding, the hotel had backup power. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety to suit everyone's needs. The daily wake-up calls were much appreciated.
