The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and still conveniently close to other attractions. The view of the ocean and Table Mountain from our room was amazing. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the hotel facilities, including the pools and sun decks, were great.

Rooms with excellent sea view, friendly/caring staff, daily cleaning, and mineral water, with two big pools and a great restaurant on the North side of the complex. Enjoyable beach stay with pleasant, bright days and strong winds. Security is high, walking around the complex 24/7, making it a very safe area. Lobby is a big area to lounge around while waiting for a late night flight, grab a snack, and read a book before calling an UBER for the airport.

Clean rooms cleaned every day by friendly staff. Helpful front desk and a bit far from the center but nice with a huge room and bathroom for a good price. Peaceful for chilling and wellness seekers. Party people might prefer a hotel closer to the center.

the views were amazing, exceeding my expectations. the room was spacious with nice balconies and a fully-equipped kitchen. the staff were helpful and accommodating, offering a late check out and a shower room for our delayed flight. the breakfast buffet was incredible and we enjoyed cocktails overlooking the beach and table mountain. it was conveniently located for exploring the city, wine areas, and Table Mountain. having a 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5.

Renewal works above the room were disruptive all day.

The bed was super comfortable, and the hotel was never disturbed by noise from conferences. The staff were exceptional, and the food was of very high quality. The hotel had lovely spacious premises, two pools, and a spa. The room with a sea view was practically on the beach.

Felt like they were family, no complaints whatsoever.

We got great value for our money with a large, comfortable room and a breathtaking ocean view. The staff went above and beyond to fix a small issue and even upgraded us to a better room.

The views of the ocean and Table Mountain were breathtaking, especially from the balcony. The beach was conveniently close for a morning swim. The room was clean and cozy and the spa was a nice touch. a great stay.

Staying here was absolutely delightful! The location is perfect - right by the beach and in a lovely quiet area. The beautiful beach and surrounding area is perfect for a nice stroll and provides stunning views. The service here was impeccable - from the car park attendant to management, everyone made me feel very welcome and attended to my needs. The room was equipped with everything I needed and more including air conditioning, mini-bar, and free toiletries. The staff also provided room service and arranged transportation for us. The leisure spa & wellness centre was perfect for relaxation with a sauna, steam room, and spa treatments. The sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool were great spots to lounge and enjoy the wonderful views.

The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city as it is close to the Waterfront and other areas. The view of the sea is lovely, especially from the front pool. Some rooms have modern bathrooms and Smart TVs.

The restaurant food is not the best and lacks variety.

As a light sleeper, I loved the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the fact that there were two complementary facts offered. the location was prime and directly on the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful scenery. One of the best aspects was the beautiful view from the balcony.

The towels were in poor condition, and the carpet was rough and uncomfortable. the door to the room was extremely difficult to open, and there was no place to put my suitcase or clothes from the day.
