The air conditioning was incredibly loud all night.

I enjoyed stunning views of the ocean from my room, where I could step outside to the beach easily. The dining options offered various styles of cuisine and the staff were supportive and well-trained. I found it relaxing to stroll along the coast each morning, collecting unique rocks along the way. I loved the easy shuttle service to shopping areas, adding convenience to my travels. Being from Europe, the peaceful atmosphere here felt refreshing compared to city life.

Friendly and helpful staff made a big difference.

I faced several discomforts during my stay. The air conditioning in my room was unbearably loud, making it hard to sleep, and I was concerned about the security of my room due to signs of forced entry. Additionally, I found the location to be quite commercial rather than tourist-friendly, which didn't really add to my experience.

The shuttle service to Canal Walk was a real treat, though I'd recommend reserving a spot early. I loved the lovely beach access, but the nearby cleaner options left me wanting more.

The Camelot Spa offered relaxing treatments that really helped me unwind.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find our two-bedroom apartment not only lacked a full sea view but also had issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The safety box was non-functional, and we found some bugs in the room. We requested a move to a higher floor, which was granted, but overall, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by the hotel's advertisements.

Our return visit was a delight! The staff were incredibly accommodating, particularly during our dining experiences at La Mizu. The shuttle to V&A Waterfront was convenient, making our explorations hassle-free. Don’t miss out on the spa for ultimate relaxation! Secure parking was a bonus!

My stay was filled with delightful surprises! The beach access is exceptional, and I loved the variety at breakfast. The staff, especially Ncumisa and Zuni, were incredibly attentive and made my mornings special.

However, I faced challenges with the shuttle service to V&A Waterfront. seats were often fully booked. Also, some areas felt a bit noisy, which interrupted my relaxation at times.

absolutely not a 4-star experience. the gym equipment is ancient, and good luck finding a working treadmill. the pool was murky, yet no one seemed to care about fixing it. i expected a room upgrade for all the trouble but got nothing. i almost thought about a good review, but the lack of service made it impossible. very disappointed! !

Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying the delicious breakfast was pure bliss. The staff made us feel at home, and the shuttle to V&A Waterfront was super convenient.

Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready upon arrival, which was a little frustrating, and we felt neglected during peak times when a big conference was happening.

the service was superb. especially the housekeeping staff who ensured our room was always spotless. the beach access was a highlight too, providing a gorgeous backdrop for our stay.

Just a great match for a budget stay in Cape Town with fantastic value for money. The spacious room and friendly bar staff really made my experience enjoyable throughout my stay. Try to reserve a spot early for the shuttle service to the Waterfront.
