We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a beautiful glass roofed patio for breakfast. the variety of food and the service were outstanding! Our room was spacious and quiet, and though it may have been a bit old, it had everything we needed. the hotel was also kid-friendly, making it a great choice for families. the view from our window was interesting and the lobby and restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere. the staff even invited us to visit their spa facility, which we didn't get a chance to try. we had a pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Emerald.

During my recent stay at a hotel in St Petersburg, I was delighted to find that the location was perfect for exploring the city's sights. The hotel was just a short 10-minute walk from the main train station, which was convenient for me as I arrived on the Sapsan train from Moscow. I was also pleased to discover that the hotel was situated on a street close to the famous Nevsky Prospekt, making it easy for me to explore the main area. Additionally, the hotel was located near the Mayakovskaya metro station, which was a great bonus for getting around the city.

The check-in process, although not perfect, was acceptable. While not all the staff spoke fluent English, I found the overall experience to be satisfactory.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Emerald in Saint Petersburg for a few nights during a business trip. The room was spacious and had a great view. The sauna staff, especially Alexander, provided exceptional service. The gym was well-equipped and the breakfast was good. I appreciated having a comfortable work table and armchair. The spa, gym, and pool were all excellent. The dining room and bar staff were helpful, and the rooms and beds were really comfortable. The hotel also had well soundproofed rooms, which made for a quiet stay.
