The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the main event and even had a closed hall connecting it to the exhibition center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything looking really good, especially since it had only been open for six months. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Tatiyana and LIVA at the front desk who assisted us with any issues. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with a good fitness area and even a spa for relaxation.

The management of the spa center was unprofessional and caused a disappointment in the overall experience. This lack of organization and attention to detail was frustrating and impacted the enjoyment of the stay.
