The twin guestroom at Centro Olaya By Rotana was perfect for my business trip. The work desk and complimentary Wi-Fi made it easy to stay productive, and the LED satellite TV with HD channels was a great way to unwind after a busy day.

I found the tea and coffee-making facilities a bit limited for my taste.

The rooms are equipped with great amenities like tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and flat-screen TVs. In addition, the leisure facilities are top-notch, including a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Riyadh. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything, including the Faisaliyah tower which was a popular tourist spot. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms offering all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s service was exceptional, and we were pleased with the complimentary breakfast full of wholesome options. The hotel boasts great facilities and advantages such as luggage assistance and late check-out, which made our stay even better.

The staff seemed unprofessional at times, and there was some confusion during check-in and check-out.

We had a great city break in a centrally located hotel that offered two complementary perks: a deli shop in the lobby and quality coffee and fruits at the café. We loved being close to the main attractions and restaurants, and walking everywhere. But what we enjoyed most was the room service. The meals were delicious, and the delivery staff was polite and professional.

We had one issue during our stay. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, we were initially given a smoking one.
