I appreciated the central location of the Westin Bonaventure, which made exploring downtown easy. The staff was genuinely welcoming and the rooms were impeccably clean with a comfortable bed.

While the hotel has potential and a great atmosphere, it needs a serious refresh to match the vibrant neighborhood surrounding it.

Absolutely amazing stay, with fantastic views, safe location, and incredible staff who were attentive to our needs!

We got our sweat on at the fitness studio and then chilled by the amazing outdoor pool, soaking up the LA sun. It was lit!

We wished there was a cool rooftop bar or nightclub on-site for us to continue the party vibes.

The beds were a bit on the smaller side, but they were still quite comfortable to sleep in. The room itself was equipped with basic amenities like an ironing board, which came in handy for getting our clothes looking sharp for outings in the city. Unfortunately, we did notice that the top part above the beds was quite dusty, which made it a bit unpleasant when moving things around. It would have been nice if the housekeeping staff paid more attention to cleaning those areas. The hotel did provide free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was convenient for staying connected during our stay. We also appreciated the flat-screen TV in the room, although we wished there were more channels available for entertainment. One thing that stood out to us was the unavailability of rollaway beds when we requested one. It would have been helpful to have that option available, especially when traveling with a third person in the room. The valet parking service was a bit disappointing, as we experienced delays and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Omg, the 🏊‍♂️ rooftop pool was amazing! 🌟 so relaxing and the staff, especially sorin, were super friendly. 😊 However, the 🍳 breakfast was meh and the surrounding area had a lot of homeless people. 🏨
