I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially the bellman who quickly got me a taxi. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a nicely decorated room that had a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The view from my room was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover a revolving bar at the top of the hotel. The Starbucks on the ground floor was also a convenient perk.

Our stay at the Westin was amazing! The gentleman at the check-in desk went above and beyond for us. He upgraded our room to a Junior Suite so my son could stay with me, and even arranged for a comfortable roll-out bed. My son was thrilled to have air-conditioning, as his apartment doesn't have it. The gentleman's kindness and excellent service truly made our stay memorable. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were nice. We had a great night's sleep in the comfortable beds and enjoyed the in-house coffee. The lobby was spectacular and we loved having breakfast in The Bistro with Douglas. We also appreciated the good TV picture and multiple outlets for our devices. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I must mention that the check-in process was quite long and it seemed like the hotel was understaffed due to the high volume of guests. Additionally, the hotel is a bit outdated and the room was a bit tight to move around in. However, these minor drawbacks did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at the Westin.

Enjoyed the complimentary Starbucks coffee and convenient location close to the shopping district and metro station. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, from the valet tipping us off about the parking to the accommodating check-in process. The comfortable beds, fantastic view, and fast and accessible elevators added to the overall enjoyable experience. There were also various restaurants available on different floors, which we took advantage of. The valet service was excellent for parking our rental car.
