One thing that could really amp up the fun for young party-goers is if the hotel had a lively rooftop hangout spot with music and games - that would take the experience to the next level!

We recently stayed at a hotel in Mecca and had a great experience. the price we paid was very reasonable and the hotel offered excellent amenities. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and even offered us a complimentary coffee drink upon arrival. the hotel had everything we needed, including a mini market right inside. the location was convenient, with a shuttle bus service to Masjid Al Haram every hour. We also appreciated the option of taking a taxi, which cost only 20 SAR. One suggestion we have is to add an ATM inside the hotel, although there is a bank nearby.

Although room service was not regular, the staff was always kind and accommodating, helping us with refills of water and toiletries. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensured a pleasant stay for us. the cleanliness of the rooms and toilets was well-maintained. the hotel's transportation system with buses leaving every half an hour was well-organized, making it easy for us to plan our visits to Al Haram. the availability of ample parking spaces, as well as the presence of nearby takeaway outlets, corner shops, and pharmacies, added to the convenience of our stay. the provision of baby cots with beddings and the quiet rooms equipped with functioning TVs enhanced our experience. One standout aspect was the exceptional staff who made us feel welcome with their warm smiles and greetings, from the security at the entrance to the reception and housekeeping staff.

The shuttle bus provided by Millennium was a great convenience during my stay. It made it easy to travel to and from the Haram. However, I would suggest changing the drop-off location to be in front of Dar Al-Tawhid Hotel for the convenience of elderly and mobility-impaired guests. I recommend this hotel for its shuttle service.
