Some rooms with 4 twin beds are too small to accommodate 4 people comfortably, with no space for eating, sitting, or performing salah. This can be inconvenient for larger groups or families.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with spacious rooms and a marvelous view of Haram. The location was convenient, just a short distance from Haram, and the staff treated us with great hospitality.

From the moment I arrived at the check-in counter, the receptionist greeted me warmly and answered all of my questions. I had booked two rooms and requested adjoining rooms, which were promptly arranged. Once in the room, any issues were quickly addressed by the friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast spread at the hotel was extensive, and they even had a special kids section with beloved characters, which my children loved. the location was conveniently close to the Haram, and there were amenities like Dunkin' Donuts and a food court nearby.

I recently stayed at Swissotel in Makkah for my Umrah trip. The staff was highly cooperative and caring, making our stay comfortable. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. The view of Kaabah from the window was breathtaking, making our trip truly memorable. I would rate it 5 stars and definitely stay here again in the future.

Additionally, the staff at the reception counter were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed during our stay.

There were a few disappointing aspects during our stay. the distance to the restaurant was quite far, making it a challenge for elderly guests like us.
