I always stay here for business. Staff helped with suitcases on my first stay. The place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, and flat-screen TV. It's efficient, comfortable, and has everything I need.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Makkah and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived at the check-in counter, the receptionist greeted me warmly and answered all of my questions. I had booked two rooms and requested adjoining rooms, which were promptly arranged. Once in the room, any issues were quickly addressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread at the hotel was extensive, and they even had a special kids section with beloved characters, which my children loved. The location was conveniently close to the Haram, and there were amenities like Dunkin' Donuts and a food court nearby. my stay at Swissotel was exceptional.

The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. The view of Kaabah from the window was breathtaking, making our trip truly memorable. I would rate it 5 stars and definitely stay here again in the future.

Figuring out the hotel telephone was like solving a Rubik's cube. How fun!

The view of the iconic landmark from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive and the breakfast offered was truly amazing, exceeding our expectations. Additionally, the staff at the reception counter were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed during our stay.

There were a few disappointing aspects during our stay. the distance to the restaurant was quite far, making it a challenge for elderly guests like us.

The hotel had spacious rooms, a helpful receptionist named Sanaa, and a great breakfast with plenty of food options. The location was very close to the holy mosque, making it convenient for us to visit. Additionally, it was near major shops and easily accessible by regular taxi.

This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping complex and the mosque. The entrance to the restaurant is affordable at only 190 SR. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of options. Some rooms have a view of the mosque or partial Haram view.

One elevator does not go directly to the ground floor of the mosque.

the hotel was very clean and close to the Saptco VIP station. got some great local insights from Sara Al Masri - who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.
