The resort offered great value for money and was a popular choice for locals on "staycations." The proximity to the airport was convenient. The spacious rooms and resort provided a pleasant and quiet environment. walking distance to shops and the water park was a plus.

The resort was far from the city, requiring expensive taxi rides or using public transportation. The lack of seating in the lobby was inconvenient during check-in/out.

We had a pleasant stay at a hotel right next to a fantastic water park. The location was also convenient for our short stopover due to its proximity to the airport. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and the spacious room offered a lovely view of the water. Being close to shops was an added advantage. it was a nice place, especially suitable for families with young children.

The room was spacious, perfect for a family with kids. The kids loved it and kept asking to go back! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was great, close to the airport and adjacent to a mall and a wet park. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk personnel, Shah, was respectful and courteous. We were able to check-in early, which was a bonus.

The sheets and pillowcases had black stains, which was a bit off-putting. The internet was also quite slow during our stay.
