The Sheraton Hamilton Hotel offers very comfortable beds, a nice family room, and complimentary coffee. The hotel also provides computers and printers, which was convenient for us. Additionally, they offer USB phone chargers, which was great for us since we didn't have many Canadian plugs. The location is central and makes it easy to access attractions like the stadium, Dundurn Castle, art galleries, and golf courses. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, and we always look forward to it as part of our business. The whirlpool facility was also a great help for my back pain. the sleep experience at the hotel is superb.

Attached to a convenient mall with a Starbucks and a grocery store. The hotel provided us with a late checkout without any extra charges. the hospitality was fantastic.

Despite a minor issue with the pillows being a bit dusty, our room was comfortable and survivable. The hotel location was perfect for our hospital appointments.

The club room offers a fantastic view and is beautifully designed.

Guests can also enjoy the lively atmosphere outside on the street, with a bar offering appetizers and drinks. it is within walking distance to the FirstOntario Centre, perfect for those attending concerts. The comfortable beds, clean rooms, and friendly staff provide a pleasant stay experience. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

Pool wasn't clean.

The bed at Sheraton Hamilton was incredibly comfortable, and the big TV in the room was a nice bonus. The hotel's location was convenient, with underground parking and a shuttle service to the Canadian open. The hot water in the shower was plentiful, and overall it was a pleasant stay. Although it was a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it. I would recommend this hotel.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's proximity to the concert hall and other attractions made it super convenient. The parking was convenient and not too expensive, and I loved the bar overlooking the street for appetizers and drinks. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I could have breakfast before my early exam. The breakfast was superb and the service was excellent. The location was perfect, with many stores and a shopping mall within walking distance.

Front desk and kitchen service excellent. Breakfast delivered on time for my early morning exam. Helpful staff ordered early morning cab and answered questions. Room comfortable with all facilities. Bar/restaurant open till 11PM. Close to bus terminal.

loved the water view, secure elevator card scan, discounted housekeeping, and convenient parking. The Filipina house cleaner was helpful and addressed my concerns. The shower was amazing, staff were kind, and breakfast was fabulous. A great stay!
