I had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The location deep in the woods was absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and peaceful sounds. The rooms were simple yet clean, providing a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the shuttle service, which was prompt and convenient. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful. Although the food at the restaurant wasn't exceptional, the craft beer selection and breathtaking views made up for it. I highly recommend this lodge for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Quiet location just outside town with buildings spread out and parking at each.

Felt like in a fairy tale, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay at a rustic and cozy lodge during our Holland America Land Sea Journey. The rooms were very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The lodge had a great on-site restaurant and offered a convenient shuttle service into town, allowing us to explore downtown Seward easily. Despite a few small drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this lodge for a memorable stay.

Nice Clean & Quiet Room on 2nd Floor Salmonberry.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rustic location added to its charm. The hourly shuttle into town was a nice bonus, making it convenient to explore the area. The hotel facilities were larger and nicer compared to others in the area. Additionally, the hotel is spread out over several small two-story buildings, giving it a unique and cozy feel.

Beautiful setting and comfortable bedding. the delux rooms are spacious and have a back porch. the room and porch both had sitting areas. the hotel is located close to Kenai Fjords National Park at Exit Glacier.

The hotel's wifi was excellent, but the staff interaction was almost non-existent. It was also disappointing that on a hot day, the hotel did not have any fans available.

The lodge is surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings and offers a peaceful setting. the restaurant at the lodge serves excellent food with a good selection of beers. Additionally, the staff is friendly and provides attentive service.

The lodge is a bit rustic and may not meet the expectations of those looking for a more modern accommodation. Additionally, the shuttle service into town can be a bit hassle, as it has various stops and times.

Great value for money, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was beautiful, surrounded by trees and close to the stunning Exit Glacier. The staff were incredibly helpful and managed to sort out our reservation even though there was a mix-up. a peaceful and serene getaway.

Hotel breakfast was the only letdown, could have been better.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room at this lodge. The 2 twin beds were comfortable and the balcony provided a lovely view of the woods. The location near Exit Glacier was perfect for a beautiful walk to the base. I would recommend this lodge despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews.

We were impressed with the beautiful remote feel of the lodge, while still being conveniently located close to town. The shuttle service was a great bonus, especially since we didn't have a car. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a restful stay. we would recommend this lodge for its serene atmosphere and convenient location.

The only disappointment was the on-site restaurant. Our meals were incorrect and had to be sent back multiple times.

The location of this lodge is simply AMAZING, unparalleled views. They provide free shuttle service to train & cruise piers, downtown. You can sit on their outdoor patio eating/drinking & enjoy the world, class view of mountains, stream & wildflowers.

The whole room smelled like mildew when we arrived. the shower curtain was the culprit, which when asked, they replaced.
