my stay on valentine's day was fantastic. having previously stayed in minnnetonka, the sheraton exceeded my expectations with its modern decor and prompt check-in. the leisure facilities were nice, and i enjoyed the comfortable room with easy access to local dining.

the wi-fi connection was quite poor during my stay.

Request a room away from the pool area for a more peaceful stay, as pool noise can be disruptive, especially during late hours.

during my stay, I enjoyed the clean rooms and the very friendly staff, and what really stood out was the proximity to beautiful parks like Westwood Hills Nature Reserve, just over 3km away, where I could easily spend a day exploring nature. There were plenty of dining options within a short walk, like Kona Grill only 500 meters away. overall, it was a delightful experience even if the noise from the pool area could be a bit disruptive at times.

The chlorine odor permeates the entire hotel!!! Noise from the pool is unbearable late at night!!! Maintenance issues aren't addressed promptly, leading to discomfort!!! Room technology is outdated and can be frustrating!!!

The chlorine odor from the pool permeated the entire hotel, making it hard to breathe comfortably in certain areas. Noise from the pool was maddening late at night, disturbing my peace. Maintenance issues were prevalent. the air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a reasonable temperature and wasn't consistent. Additionally, the room technology felt outdated, especially the TV setup. Internet connectivity was also erratic, leaving me frustrated when I needed to check in on things.

Request a room away from the pool area to minimize noise disturbances. Also, check bathroom supplies upon arrival to ensure everything is stocked.

Chur, the staff were choice and sorted me a new room quickly, but the WiFi was dodgy as and the AC didn't do its job properly. Would come back though!

I was really impressed with how quickly they moved me to a new room after I accidentally got locked in! The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The TV channels weren't great, but overall, I'd totally recommend this place if you're looking for a comfy stay! 😊

The room was clean with comfortable beds. I struggled with the Wi-Fi connection during my stay. They offer bicycle rental, which is a plus. Overall, the staff was friendly and prompt.

Walked in and met Toby at the desk, real nice fella who helped me when my room door locked me in! Got a new room and two breakfast passes, that was sweet. Clean place with comfy beds, just wish the AC was better. Drinking water in the lobby was a nice touch. I could use more time here.

Chur, the location was sweet as, heaps close to shopping. But, the aircon was dodgy, and I got eaten alive by bugs. Not cool!

The indoor pool is sleek and retro. The lobby's fruit water is a nice touch. Our room was clean and spacious, and the layout was unique with cozy areas to hang out.

Felt really good, no complaints at all.
