Check, in and check, out processes were efficient, making our stay hassle, free.

Columbus Inn always treats me well. On my first stay, they helped with my elderly parents. I love the Wi, Fi, free parking, and 24, hour reception. the place is perfect for me with a flat, screen TV, dryer, and more. I return for romantic escapes.

The breakfast options were very limited, and the staff wasn't the friendliest or most outgoing. However, the overall value of the hotel was great for a short stay. The room was clean and had essential amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The location was convenient, being close to the interstate. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating when I requested a ground floor room.

The bathtub stopper was dysfunctional, and it was concerning that the side door was left unlocked, compromising security. The heater in the room didn't work properly, and there was no phone available, making it inconvenient to report the issues to the front desk.

the staff was kind and friendly, and the facility and rooms were exceptionally clean. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect. We were delighted to find good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. the inn was conveniently located near lovely parks in Columbus. We were also pleased that breakfast was available after 9:00 am, and there was a good selection of food.

After a busy day, it was wonderful to return to our peaceful and quiet motel room. We were also impressed with the upgraded suite-style room that was provided for our extended family. the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Being across the street from the water park and river trail was an added bonus. the beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
