The staff at this hotel were incredibly competent, friendly, and helpful. As a disabled guest, I was pleased to find that the hotel had modern, newly furnished rooms that were clean and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and the large shower was accessible and spacious. I also appreciated the well-functioning Wi-Fi connection and the convenience of having a grocery store right next to the hotel. The location of the hotel was relatively close to both the city center and the Metelkova district, making it a great base for exploring Ljubljana. The hotel also had a handy café next door that served delicious food with generous portions.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to assist me, whether it was organizing an iron or arranging a shuttle. They truly made me feel welcome. Additionally, our baby bed was quickly brought to us, showing their prompt service. When we had a problem in our first room with water leakage, the receptionist swiftly moved us to the largest room in the hotel, resolving the issue efficiently.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Meksiko. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is located within walking distance of the old town and there is a supermarket nearby.

The proximity to the city center, restaurants, and bars made it easy to explore the area when not working. The room's curtains did not block out enough light, causing discomfort while sleeping. The lack of a vending machine or room service for drinks or snacks was also a bit inconvenient, especially during late night cravings.

The hotel's location was ideal for our needs, especially because we were in Ljubljana for medical reasons. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance, including the hospital, pharmacy, ATM, and grocery shop. The nearby restaurant, "Pavon," not only provided a delicious breakfast included in the room price but also offered an amazing menu for other meals. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ljubljana.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable, which was a relief as we were traveling with our 4-month-old baby. The free Wi-Fi and water warmer were convenient, and having two LCDs in the room was a nice touch. The garage next to the hotel offered a great parking option at a reasonable price. The breakfast was fantastic, with a huge improvement compared to last year. They even had pizza available for breakfast! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center but still away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
