We had such a fantastic stay at this historical location. The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore the town's best attractions, enjoy delicious meals, and go shopping. The buffet breakfast was a great way to start our day of sightseeing. Plus, being so close to the Camino made it perfect for indulging in a comfortable night's rest. And let's not forget the amazing shower heads!

The hotel is located in the heart of the charming old town, right on the town hall square, making it a perfect base for exploring the historical attractions. You can easily walk to the nearby castle and other interesting locations. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

The hotel has a 'pay in advance' policy which might not be preferred by some guests.

We absolutely loved the hotel's location on the plaza de ayuntamiento, close to historical sights. The staff were very helpful, and we enjoyed the two restaurants on-site. As young families, we appreciated the comfortable rooms and the fabulous breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is situated on a lovely plaza in old Ponferrada, directly on the square. The location is perfect for exploring the old town, with shops, bars, and the castle just a short stroll away. The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful, especially when it comes to language barriers. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with some even offering a balcony overlooking the Plaza. Plus, the breakfast included is a great value for money.

Loved the location in the heart of the city. The historic building had elegant arches and a striking facade, very fancy! The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the regional meals at La Violeta restaurant.

We had a lovely romantic escape over the weekend. the breakfast was really good: delicious pastries and lots of fresh fruit available which was perfect for our health-conscious lifestyle. We also received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine which put us in a great mood for the rest of the day. the location was fantastic, right in the historic center with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and was very spacious.

The carpet was stained and needed to be vacuumed. the bathroom also needed a deep clean as the grout was dirty in some areas.

Convenient parking, central location. Comfortable, clean room with AC and Wi-Fi. Overlooks the plaza with a small balcony. Helpful staff, good food options. Secure underground car park available.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel right on the plaza. the location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the parking attendants. the room was comfortable and offered a great view overlooking the plaza. I also enjoyed the cafe bar with outside seating.
