Touristic area, lacks authenticity. Parking was far from the hotel, if you don't mind walking it's okay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a charming town. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beaches. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The staff were great, always friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

No complaints at all, everything was great.

Located just off the main square, perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach. The hotel is kept immaculate with lovely superior rooms. The rooftop pool area is a highlight, offering a relaxing space with plenty of loungers. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay.

Visited Puerta Del Mar for a weekend getaway. Great location near Balcon de Europa, tucked away on a quiet side street. Friendly reception staff and spacious, well-decorated rooms with lovely en suite. Rooftop terrace with sea views and small pool. Good selection at breakfast, though no hot food. Unexpectedly good for a 2-star hotel. Will definitely return.

our family had an incredible time in nerja and the stay at puerta del mar exceeded our expectations. the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus. we highly recommend this hotel for a perfect nerja getaway.

Had a great stay at this hotel! the staff was amazing, making sure everything was clean and organized, and they even offered a fantastic breakfast. the location was perfect because we were in the heart of the city, close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was also very convenient to be able to come and go from the hotel all day.

The location of the hotel is amazing, right in the centre of the town. You are virtually in the square by Balcon De Europa, making it very convenient to explore Nerja. The room was well-maintained and cleaned promptly every morning, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was basic continental, but adequate. However, it would have been nice to have some fresh tomatoes and boiled eggs for more variety.

This hotel in the heart of Nerja offers excellent facilities and is great value for money. The rooms are spotlessly clean and come with a free safe and a kettle for a cup of tea. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The location is perfect, just off the main square, with level access to lots of restaurants and within easy reach of various bays along the coastline. The views of the mountains from the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast, with its traditional Spanish options and delicious fresh fruit, is included at the prices.

I recently stayed at a fantastic little hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel was a gem of a place and exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with maps and information about the area. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the continental breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection. The pool was small but perfect for a cooling dip, and there were plenty of comfortable seating options for relaxing. The hotel was ideally situated for exploring the Balcon and other attractions in the area. Despite the location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. I had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The only major drawback for me was that the bed in the room was a tad hard. However, this did not significantly impact my overall enjoyment of my stay.
