This hotel is a gem! The location is superb, as it is nestled in a quiet area with a variety of restaurants just a stone's throw away. The rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and I especially loved the personal touch of a welcome note from housekeeping. The breakfast offered a wide array of dishes, including a few gluten-free options, catering to all dietary preferences.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! Its location by the factory we visited made it very convenient, and there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff provided exceptional service, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and wake up services all available. We enjoyed the daily happy hour with 2 free drinks and snacks, as well as the variety of in-room amenities like heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. Plus, the leisure facilities like the indoor swimming pool, garden area, and spa centre made our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was disappointing as the omelette station was not available during our stay, despite being told that it would be operating later. It was a letdown to be left with subpar breakfast pizza and smoked sausage.
