My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room I had, located in the roof, had a unique charm with its seriously sloped ceilings. Although it required some bending over, it added an interesting touch to the experience. The bathroom was well-designed and the mini bar was a pleasant surprise. The staff were amazing and provided excellent recommendations. The hotel's location was also convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

the hotel is situated in a great location for exploring the city center of Valencia. They surprised us with cakes and birthday cava, which was a lovely gesture. the room was luxurious, with a spacious layout and a free mini bar stocked with refreshing drinks and snacks. the breakfasts at the hotel were excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We cannot recommend Caro enough, and we're already planning to come back!

The hotel was beautifully designed, blending historic features with modern fixtures seamlessly. the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I expected. the location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the shopping and historic tourist locations. Additionally, the staff were professional, courteous, and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The only drawback was the sloped ceiling in my room, which made it a bit uncomfortable to navigate around the bed. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

We had a great New Year's stay at this hotel. the rooms were stylish and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. the bar was a lovely place to relax and enjoy a cocktail. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the cathedral and main square. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered complimentary minibar use and provided water and tea whenever we wanted.

The only downside was the lack of a fitness center and spa. If these amenities were available, our stay would have been absolutely perfect.

For one, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly, so it was quite warm at night. the shower pressure was really low, making it difficult to rinse off properly.
