We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was fine, with easy bus trip from-and-to the airport and the bus stop nearby. It was also very well connected by public transport. The hotel is located close to the metro station and within walking distance to famous places like Tivoli. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk into town easily.

The bathroom was also spacious and elegantly designed, with all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the "espresso" machine and the good quality hair dryer.

Great service from the staff, especially Johanna at the front desk and Daniel and Lewis at the bar. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. the food at the hotel was also amazing. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a room early in the morning, which showed excellent customer service and earned my loyalty.

The rooms had outdated decoration and style, which was not what I expected. the Japanese restaurant had poor quality food for a high price.

The breakfast had a great selection and the bar food was excellent. the hotel was located about 15 minutes away from the main area, which was a nice walk over the river.

The hotel was old and had marks on the lifts and corridors. the room was small and lacked a reading chair.
