I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was close to the Grand Via and within walking distance of all the main sites. it was situated next door to the Spanish Senate, which added a unique charm to the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff providing excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options. the Cason del Tormes provided great facilities and advantages for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the tourist bus stop and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Despite some construction in the area, it didn't impact our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we felt at home during our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Madrid. The staff at the hotel, Cason Del Tormes, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. The location was perfect, with plenty of options for dining and walking to Plaza Mayor. The metro was also conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast provided at the hotel was fantastic, offering a great selection to start the day. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for a fantastic experience in Madrid!
