We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a week-long vacation. The staff were helpful and the breakfast had a great selection. The waterpark was a big hit with the kids and the pool facilities were fantastic. The location was convenient, with a pleasant walk to a nearby beach. The room was clean and the daily housekeeping was appreciated. The shuttle service to the beach was a great addition. our stay at Sur Menorca was positive and enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is really nice within easy walking distance to the beach and there is a bus stop right at the hotel door with regular service to the city center. The hotel also offers a tourist road train that does a circuit around the area, which is a fun way to explore. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

I got great value for my money at Sur Menorca, Suites & Waterpark. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff treated us with friendly and helpful service throughout our visit.

The water park across the hotel was brilliant, and I enjoyed using the pool facilities. The location was good, with Punta Prima and the beach just a short walk away.

Good location, close to restaurants and shops. Excellent room service and towels refreshed every day. the balcony had a beautiful view of the city.

Nice enough room. Small shower but powerful. Rural location, but bus stop outside. Free bus to beach every hour. Splash water park included drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Shop on-site. Entertainment throughout the day. Paid for late check-out until 6pm. Plenty of food and sunbeds. Children's activities still on. Lovely gardens. Would go again.
