I had a great stay at Colon Hotel Barcelona. The value for money was excellent and the room was fantastic, with a lovely little balcony. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Gothic quarter, and the staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel safe during the independence protests.

Food for breakfast could have been better, but the overall experience at the hotel made up for it.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated on a beautiful square right across from the stunning Cathedral in the heart of the old town. The room was spacious, recently renovated, and had all the modern amenities we could ask for, including a massive and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We also loved taking advantage of the rooftop facilities in the evening, enjoying drinks while taking in the magnificent views. we couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to this city.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, except for one waiter at the rooftop bar who had a major attitude. Despite that, everyone else was wonderful and made my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro, shopping, and restaurants. The elegant lobby and rooftop bar added to the overall experience. The helpful recommendations from Raquel Agudo made my trip even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, with two balconies overlooking the Gaudi Cathedral - a perfect spot for my husband's special birthday break. The location couldn't be more ideal, as we were within walking distance of La Rambla, Casa Mila, and Casa Batllo. The room was beautiful, with a calming decor, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the rooftop was stunning.
