We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from a stunning beach and close to a bus stop for exploring other beautiful beaches in the area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, from providing a welcome drink upon arrival to promptly resolving any issues that arose during our stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a lovely pool area and plenty of loungers for relaxing. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring that we never got bored of the food during our nine-day stay.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and our room was spacious and had a beautiful pool view. The location was perfect, being both quiet and within walking distance of the sea and Cala Ratjada Harbor. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Steven who quickly resolved a small issue we had and the lady at reception who kindly helped us book a last-minute bus to the airport. The atmosphere at the main pool was enjoyable with music playing all day and fun activities organized by the animator. And we were impressed by how spotlessly clean the hotel was, it smelled amazingly fresh. The food was also delicious and varied each day, making our 9-day stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet at Diamant Hotel & Aparthotel was absolutely amazing! There was a wide assortment of delicious food to choose from and it really set a great start to my day. Additionally, having the option to swim in the inside swimming pool every morning was a wonderful perk.

One minor drawback was that the cleaning lady didn't clean the balcony during my two-week stay. However, in general, the room and bathroom were kept clean and tidy.

The holiday season at this hotel was quite pleasant due to the comfortable rooms and the delicious food served daily. the on-site amenities like the pools and the gym were also top-notch and made it possible to have a good time without leaving the hotel. the hotel was situated near a stunning beach and some shops that made it easy to explore the area.

Sadly, the housekeeping service could have been better and more prompt in providing essential items like soap and shampoo. the staff could have been more attentive to guests and their needs.
