I recently stayed at Los Hibiscos in Puerto del Carmen for a week and it was a perfect location, close to all the main parts of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The apartments were spotlessly clean and spacious, with great views. The pool was amazing and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. a great experience!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of the hotel was great, with supermarkets just a short walk away and plenty of bars, restaurants, and beaches nearby. The staff were friendly and the pool area was nice with plenty of sun beds. I also appreciated the option to book an apartment for a short time after check out to freshen up.

That the pool area could get crowded, with a shortage of sun beds. Some guests would even queue early in the morning to secure a spot.

We stayed at a fantastic hotel with a great location, just a short walk down a not too steep hill to the beach. The hotel is situated on the front promenade, providing stunning views of the area. I recently stayed at Los Hibiscos and had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious with a separate bedroom and living room, complete with a kitchenette. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and it was incredibly quiet both day and night. The all-inclusive package exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of delicious food and strong coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to continue using the facilities after checking out. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the sea worth the uphill climb. I will definitely be returning to Los Hibiscos on my next visit to Lanzarote!

had a surprisingly pleasant stay at a budget-friendly accommodation in Puerto del Carmen. Breakfast was excellent, water in the shower was hot, and the beds were comfy. The location was ideal, just a few minutes away from the seaside, restaurants, and supermarket. Will definitely come back again!

Room cleaning was subpar.

The food and drinks were of good quality, especially considering the price paid. The apartment was spacious and the balcony was a nice place to relax. The reception staff were also very friendly.

Felt like home, no complaints at all.
