We had a fantastic time at Grupotel. The location was stunning, right on the beach, and we enjoyed the convenience of having restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to help, even finding contact lens solution for my girlfriend at 1am. The hotel was very clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

Only minor issues we experienced were the lack of room service and a slight drain smell in the lobby. However, these did not detract from our overall positive experience.

One small downside was that the restaurant staff sometimes neglected to promptly clear away dirty dishes, which could be a bit frustrating.

The location of this hotel was superb with easy access to a stunning beach and a pier for taking boat trips. Loads of sunbeds and free mini golf & table tennis for entertainment. Fixed tables and amazing food. the manager made a point to greet all guests consistently. Free WIFI in the rooms.

The games area could be turned off during that short period to make listening to the entertainment easier.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location is amazing, just a short walk from the beach and close to shops, bus stops, and even a jetty for boat trips. The rooms are modern and very clean, and the power showers are truly amazing. The staff is lovely and always ready to help. The buffet breakfast and dinner were absolutely fabulous, with a wide variety of fresh food and themed dinners. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were perfect when the weather wasn't so great. it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to go back again!
