We had an amazing stay at this place. The staff from the cleaners to the management were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches nearby and lots of shops. The rooms were modern, spacious, and had great amenities like air conditioning and a balcony. The pool area was spacious and always had enough sunbeds. The buffet breakfast had lots of options and the food was delicious. we were impressed with the service and quality of this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa de las Americas that was absolutely fantastic. The staff at H10 Conquistador were incredibly helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was near popular attractions such as Siam Park and a shopping mall. There were plenty of shops just around the corner as well. The facilities and restaurants within the complex were excellent, and each day we had a great time starting with breakfast and ending with dinner. The friendliness of the staff really set this hotel apart from others. Additionally, the spa facilities were top-notch and the location was ideal for both the beach and exploring the rest of the island. it was a fun and relaxing experience for the whole family.

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten. Near the Safari Centre, right by the beach, and surrounded by lots of nice shops. Perfect for a group of friends. The refurbishment has been very well done, creating a clean, charming, and comfortable atmosphere. The buffet breakfast offers plenty of options and is excellent in choice and standard. The hotel room bathrooms are spacious with a nice size mirror, and the balconies are a great bonus. The pool area is spacious, with enough sunbeds for everyone. everything was perfect.

The hotel had great themed restaurants which served delicious meals. the pool area was well-located, getting sun all day long, and the spa circuit experience was reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The hotel could be more efficient in reception and bar service. All-inclusive package had cut back on benefits.
