The hotel is conveniently located near the vibrant Puerto Banus harbor, allowing easy access to some amazing restaurants just around the corner. Moreover, the beach is just a short taxi ride away, making it perfect for those wanting to soak up the sun. In the evenings, guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll to the nearby marina, offering a picturesque view.

The customer service and bar staff were often rude, which unfortunately marred the overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The lobby was clean and smelled awesome when we first walked in. The staff, especially the receptionists, were super friendly and spoke great English. They were attentive and made our holiday memorable. The rooms were modern, spacious, and cleaned daily. The breakfast had a wide range of options and included drinks. The pool was excellent, with plenty of sun beds and a great bar with delicious food and drinks. The nightly entertainment was top-notch, creating a lovely atmosphere for couples and friends alike. The location was great, with a short walk to the port and many nice restaurants in the surrounding area.

This hotel is in a great location for accessing the beach. I loved being able to walk through the underpass near the casino to get there. The staff were so lovely and always cheery. They provided excellent service and even changed the sheets and gave us clean towels daily. The spa and wellness center here was amazing, with a fantastic therapist who gave a great massage. The pool area was clean and had plenty of sun loungers, and there was even a bar where you could order food and drinks. my stay here was relaxing and enjoyable.

The prices for drinks at the bar were slightly on the expensive side, but not excessively so. However, this should not deter anyone from staying at this hotel.

The studio with balcony was stunning, with attention to detail like music-inspired bedding and trumpet lights. The pools were spectacular, with a chilled infinity pool and live music. Ideal location for PUerto Banus nightlife, shopping, and restaurants. Complimentary birthday bottle of bubbly and cake, great breakfast selection, and friendly staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the marina where there were plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The staff here were amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. The two pools were a highlight for me - the water was cool and refreshing, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the pools from the balcony. I also appreciated the peace and quiet, as I couldn't hear the DJ by the pool when my window was shut.the service, location, and amenities of this hotel made my stay truly memorable.

Despite being an adults-recommended hotel, I would still recommend this place to families who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great restaurants nearby, reasonable prices, excellent food. Amazing staff, especially at the front desk. Accommodations made for disabled guests. Champagne and fruit trays for special occasions. Guests from overseas also loved the hotel.

During my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Marbella, I was pleased with the helpful and efficient reception staff. The spacious and comfortable room was kept clean by the pleasant housekeeping staff. The food was of high quality, and the service from Rodrigo in the restaurant was outstanding. I also appreciated the obliging bar staff and the good quality poolside food. Additionally, the hotel's location, within walking distance of the beach and Puerto Banus, was convenient. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall, I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed for a weekend in a centrally located hotel with a few complementary features like free WiFi and a nice view from the room balcony. The hotel was close to all the main attractions, and this was very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel bar was also a great spot to relax and have a few drinks.

Our experience at the hotel was overshadowed by a few negative aspects. The hotel was incredibly noisy, with loud music playing throughout the night, making it hard to sleep.
