We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with our beds made every day. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely outdoor pool and sun-lounge area. The location in a quiet neighbourhood was perfect for us, as we were able to have a peaceful stay while still being within walking distance of the city centre and local restaurants and shops. Transportation was also convenient, with excellent bus stops close by and a cheap bus service. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially during a difficult incident when we were stolen from and they supported us by guiding us to the police station and assisting with all necessary arrangements. The breakfast was very nice and good value, and we appreciated the added touch of the honesty bar and snack selections.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room, located on one of the upper floors, was spacious and had a balcony with a great view. The comfortable bed and TV were nice touches, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of food options, including fresh bakery items, catering to all tastes.

We found a budget-friendly hotel last weekend! the free roadside parking was a bonus, which was very close to the hotel's quiet area. the room was reasonably sized, clean, and comfortable with a big bathroom. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a variety of options and the staff at the bar was kind and helpful. the pool area was relaxing, and we had a great time there.

This behavior towards the kitchen staff could mean poor labour practices within the hotel. We recommend choosing rooms on the top floor to avoid disturbance.

We had a lovely stay at this large, sunny, and modern room in a nice neighborhood. the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and we appreciated having a bar on location for convenience. the location was ideal, with attractions like Bellver Castle, Palma Bay, and the Palma Cathedral all within walking distance. the rooms were tidy and cozy, and the view was quite good. We also appreciated the large supermarket and several restaurants and bars nearby, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing evening on our balcony with some delicious food and drinks.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and functional, with a lovely balcony overlooking beautiful gardens. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and ports, as well as being just a 5-minute walk from the seafront in Illetes on the west coast. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, even allowing us to bring our own food to the dining area and ordering pizzas for us.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the rooms. The staff are friendly and provide good service. Despite the rooms being quite small, they are cozy and have all the basic amenities you need. The location is very convenient as it is close to the marina and a selection of small restaurants. Additionally, the free WiFi is a bonus.

I had a great few days in Palma staying at Hostal Bonany. The location was just right for me, about a 20-30 min walk from the old town centre and with good access to buses. There were some lovely restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as being close to the seafront. The staff were all super lovely and really helpful. I also appreciated having a fridge with drinks available 24/7. The room was very comfy and the shower was great. The sheets and towels were clean and smelled amazing. The breakfast for €2.50 per person was a real jewel, with fresh fruits and croissants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

I had a great one-night stay at a budget hotel in Palma. The staff was polite and friendly, and they provided detailed information on how to enter the hotel and my room. It was a seamless check-in process, even though we arrived late. The price and quality level of the hotel were acceptable for my needs.

The room was quite hot and made it difficult to sleep. The lack of sound insulation between rooms was also a downside, as I could hear the water being used in the neighboring room's bathroom.
