We stayed in a hotel over the Christmas holidays and everything was great! One of the best things was that they gave us two complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was also perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, which had a good variety of dishes to choose from.

the cleaning service in the rooms was not up to par. We noticed a lot of dust and dirt on the surfaces and in the bathroom, and it seemed like the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly.
