I had the most incredible culinary experience at this rural luxury palace conversion. The chef's talent truly shone through in the delicious and special food. The staff provided a personal and attentive service, making me feel right at home. The stunning views and stylish decor added to the overall charm of the hotel. Although there were a few minor issues, such as limited vegetarian options and Nescafe coffee in the room, it didn't overshadow the overall wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable experience. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the Basque mountains. The location, surrounded by the stunning Pyrenees foothills, was truly breathtaking. The hotel itself was a beautiful palace conversion, with lovely gardens to explore. The highlight for me was the Michelin star restaurant on site, where I enjoyed an outstanding dinner. The breakfast provided was also delicious. Additionally, the staff were incredibly gracious and helpful throughout my stay.

Had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. The food was fantastic and the service was great. Enjoyed the scenic walks around the area and the serene atmosphere. Loved the attention given to detail and the fact that they provided cribs and cared about our toddler's bedtime.

Would have liked more in-house facilities like a gaming room or a spa. The coffee machine and fridge did not work, which was a slight inconvenience.

It was quite small and the bathroom was basic. The hangers in the wardrobe were fixed, which seemed unnecessary. The AC was very loud and couldn't be used while sleeping. However, the setting of the hotel was beautiful with a great view over the mountains. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. I would recommend this hotel for its picturesque location and the friendliness of the staff.
