I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Times Square for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and Times Square just a block away. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. I loved the view from my room on the 19th floor, and the overall quiet atmosphere ensured a peaceful stay. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

During my stay at the Intercontinental New York Times Square, I was impressed by the huge room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. The shower was exquisite, providing a truly indulgent experience. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall tranquility of the room made for a restful night's sleep.

I found the size of the room to be smaller than expected, and there were no covers on the doonas/duvets. the lack of space in the fridge, due to it being set up as an automated mini-bar, was a slight inconvenience.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the location and friendly staff at the hotel. The breakfast was really good and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel's proximity to Broadway shows, Times Square, Penn Station, Rockefeller Center, and observatories made it easy for us to explore the city on foot. The best part was the amazing view from our room, with huge corner windows where we could sit and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city streets and the beautiful city skyline at night. There were also convenient dining options nearby, including a McDonald's across the street for the kids and a Shake Shack on the ground level. The bellhops were fantastic and always ready to offer their help.

Felt just like being at home, no complaints at all.

Stayed here for two nights and have to say that I could not fault this hotel. From the bell boys to the staff in the front desk, all were very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, with a fantastic view of the city and the Hudson River. The shower was excellent and the bar area was not overcrowded. The hotel's location in the heart of Times Square is perfect for sightseeing and theater visits. a calm and professional hotel that is well worth a visit.

Stayed here for a week during the marathon. Great central location, 2 mins from Times Square. Room on 29th floor with amazing view of lights and skyscrapers. Comfortable bed, big TV, and nice bathroom. Capsule coffee/tea maker in room. Breakfast was busy but decent. Lobby bar/restaurant is a must-visit. Upgrade to higher floor worth it. We got free tickets for boat tour. Great for a family of 3 sightseeing.

our stopover at intercontinental was even better than our previous stay in nyc. the location was great, the beds were comfy, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Key card issue.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Manhattan area and it was great value for money! The location was perfect, right next to a subway station and with plenty of options for food nearby. My room had two large double beds which were VERY comfy and had a great view overlooking the Hudson. To top it all off, breakfast was included in the rate!

All was ok.

The hotel had a great location, which made it really easy for us to see all the major attractions and theaters in the city. The room was also lovely and clean with comfortable beds. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making us feel at home. Additionally, we enjoyed the complimentary wifi and the variety in the breakfast menu.

We did experience some cold food in the restaurant, which wasn't ideal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located in the heart of Manhattan, right next to Broadway theaters. The room was comfortable, equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, and had a great walk-in shower. The location is perfect, on a subway station and just a short walk away from Times Square and plenty of restaurants.

Great location, spacious room, fantastic service. We asked to be moved to a quieter room and the staff were accommodating. The breakfast crew were attentive and the food was good quality. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. we had a pleasant experience.

This place was perfect near Times Square, Subway, and theaters, making it an ideal location for visiting the city. The staff here were kind and very professional, always ready to help you out and guide you, taking care of your every need. The service was exceptional, with the bell staff/porter assisting with bags and the check-in staff being cooperative. The room was always clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was great, with ample counter space and a spacious shower. The amenities provided were complete, including free Wi-Fi in rooms, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered various services like room service, car hire, and laundry, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. I had the best experience of my life during my stay here, and I'm grateful for the exceptional quality of service provided by the entire team.

The only thing worth mentioning is that it would have been nice to have a staff member close to the door to greet people and answer any questions. The lobby, although large, sometimes felt a little empty, and the desk was set back quite far.
