The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city and close to most places. We were able to easily walk to the Old Town and explore the beautiful streets. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and stocked with luxurious toiletries. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options to start the day off right.

The limited storage space in the room was a bit inconvenient for our family.

The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and sightseeing options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I could ask for. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, providing superb service throughout our stay. We also loved the rooftop terrace, which offered a relaxing view and a great spot to end the evening. the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The room tended to get quite hot at night, although the balcony and AC helped with some fresh air. There were also obnoxious guests on our floor who were loud and disruptive, but this was not the hotel's fault.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience at this hotel. the rooms were modern and luxurious, with fancy amenities like a Nescafe machine and complimentary goodies. it was placed in an ideal location, with easy access to attractions and restaurants in walking distance. the breakfast buffet had a vast variety of delicious food.

The room tended to get uncomfortable hot at night, despite the existence of an airconditioner and balcony. the noisy and disruptive behaviour of some guests on the same floor was unsettling and disturbed the peaceful stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The buffet breakfast offers plenty of delicious choices. Some rooms even have a view of the city walls. The hotel also has a rooftop bar for drinks, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

I got great value for my money at L&H Gran Via - the room was comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff treated me with exceptional friendliness and hospitality.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
