Soo, like, when we got there, our room wasn't ready until after 4 pm, but they totally hooked us up with a sweet upgrade—which was rad! William at the restaurant was a total gem. he made breakfast fun and kept checking on our kids with food allergies. The vibe was chill and he made us feel at home!

Staff offered complimentary items for my child's birthday.

During my stay, the bathroom was uncomfortably small, which was surprising for a larger king room. The noise insulation was inadequate, as I could hear conversations from the neighboring room, disrupting my sleep. Additionally, the bathroom lacked sufficient privacy, which made my experience less than desirable.

After a hectic travel day, I was pleasantly surprised that I could unwind with a soothing jacuzzi session and catch up on some relaxation. The only minor hiccup was a surprise destination fee, but honestly, for the few extra perks we got, it felt worth it. Definitely check out the nearby coffee shops for a pick-me-up! ☕

The hotel has a fantastic location, just a stroll from the Boston Opera House and nearby attractions. The gym was large and well-equipped, and the staff were welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.

However, the elevator setup was a bit inconvenient, requiring different rides to access rooms and amenities. The rates for food were quite steep, especially for breakfast. I recommend exploring local dining options instead.

absolutley ridiculous experience! i almost gave a good review, but the shower was falling apart, and I had to trek down from the 19th floor for basic needs like toilet paper. to top it off, no one even offered me an upgrade. who knew basic requests could be such an inconvenience?

Perfect place for families, everything's walkable around downtown. The staff were super helpful, especially Stephen, who helped plan our stay. Great views from higher floors, and plenty of food options nearby. 🏙️🌟

i had a great experience at hyatt regency. the location is super close to downtown crossing and chinatown, making it easy to explore. the concierge was very accommodating, allowing me a late checkout which was a lifesaver. the saline swimming pool was a nice touch too, with great workout equipment nearby.
