The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The spacious apartment was great for our family, and the air conditioning in the living room was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The staff were extremely helpful, even going the extra mile to communicate with us through translation apps. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a well-stocked kitchen ready for use. The large TV and clean furniture added to the jaw-dropping experience. The Database Staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location was ideal for accessing everything the city has to offer. The overall size and layout of the flat were great, and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was convenient to have a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a safe box. We also appreciated being able to leave our bags before our flight.

We had a fantastic stay at Macflats! the apartment was beautiful and comfortable, with a top location in the center. We felt safe walking around, even at night. the train station, buses, and taxi station were all conveniently close by. There was a large food store and a store for healthy food and supplements just around the corner. the support from Macflats, especially Alessia, was brilliant. She welcomed us with coffee and other supplies, ensuring we didn't have to rush to a store right away. the apartment's location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, the old city, and the river park. It was also within walking distance to the science museum and had good transport links.

This apartment is in an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and with one of the main squares around the corner. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. The check-in service was great, with a phone call the day before arrival to confirm the arrival time and a helpful WhatsApp message with information on how to access the apartment. Alicia, the staff member, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city. It was so close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The hotel was also conveniently close to the train station, which was great for traveling. being near the airport was a plus for those arriving by air.

There needed some improvements in the cleanliness of the apartment. Some areas, such as the dishes and bathroom, were not properly cleaned.
