We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a comfortable king size bed. The amenities provided, such as the microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and iron, were a nice touch. The shower was also excellent, with plenty of hot water and easy maneuverability. The location was perfect, as it was close to Old Sturbridge Village and within walking distance of good restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and provided great service. The breakfast area was well-maintained, with a variety of options including omelets, pancakes, muffins, sausage, and coffee.

Nothing that we didn't like.

Great hotel! Check, in was fast and friendly. Our room was clean, lovely and very spacious. the bathroom was equally clean, spacious and modern. One nice , small feature , is that our room for two included three bath, size towels. the complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Usually a complimentary breakfast means a few stale muffins and maybe a sad, looking banana , not the case here: there were freshly cooked omelettes, a variety of breakfast meats, oatmeal and toppings, an assortment of cereals. Truly the most amazing complimentary breakfast I've ever experienced.

Staff. Called several times and no one answered the phone. Husband needed an early check, in due to recent surgery and a long drive to the location of the wedding.

The hotel facilities were newer and had nice amenities, including a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in the room. The cleanliness was outstanding, with fresh linens daily and plentiful bathroom sundries. The staff, especially Heather in the breakfast area, was amazing. She kept the breakfast area full and clean at all times, making sure all items were available and appetizing. The hotel also had a private parking lot and was easily accessible for handicapped individuals. this hotel is perfect for both business and pleasure travelers.

The room amenities such as a hairdryer, iron/board, microwave, and refrigerator provided a comfortable stay. The overall cleanliness of the place was impressive, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also has a clean pool and exercise room. The location is great for visiting Old Sturbridge Village, and having a Panera Bread across the parking lot is convenient.
