Great hotel! Check, in was fast and friendly. Our room was clean, lovely and very spacious. the bathroom was equally clean, spacious and modern. One nice , small feature , is that our room for two included three bath, size towels. the complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Usually a complimentary breakfast means a few stale muffins and maybe a sad, looking banana , not the case here: there were freshly cooked omelettes, a variety of breakfast meats, oatmeal and toppings, an assortment of cereals. Truly the most amazing complimentary breakfast I've ever experienced.

Staff. Called several times and no one answered the phone. Husband needed an early check, in due to recent surgery and a long drive to the location of the wedding.

Cleanliness was top-notch and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was perfect, especially for visiting Old Sturbridge Village. Plus, having a Panera Bread right across the parking lot was so convenient.

The pool was closed during our stay, which was a big disappointment for our children. Also, the suite we booked was not as spacious as we expected, making it challenging to accommodate a family with kids.

Had an amazing weekend at a hotel that offered freshly cooked complementary breakfast with a wide range of hot and continental items. the rooms were very spacious, clean, neat, and had modern bathrooms. the location was very convenient, and the size of the rooms was a pleasant surprise. We are glad we chose to stay in this well-run hotel.

We could not get a receipt when we checked out, which was inconvenient for people travelling for business and need to expense their stay. there was no map of the facility which made it hard to locate some essential amenities such as the pool, gym, and ice machine.
