During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness and calm atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a getaway during the holiday season. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was in close proximity to the American Embassy and a stunning museum, providing convenient sightseeing options.

There were a couple of negative aspects to my stay. Firstly, the noise isolation in my room was poor, resulting in a lot of street noise reaching my room.

I stayed at Melia Serrano for two nights on a museum tour. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was comfortable with a nice tub for soaking. The pillows and mattress were great, and the little touches like providing a wine opener and adapter were appreciated. The location was convenient for riding the bus to the museum, and the pre fixed menu for dinner was a good deal. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with salmon, brie cheese, and fresh fruit. Bravo to the staff for a comfortable stay!

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and ensuring that all our needs were met. The service was excellent, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and other amenities available. The rooms were spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a plus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

This venue would be highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable retreat.

We had a great few days at Melia. The hotel is well located, with easy access to the metro and shops. Our room was comfortable and had a nice view. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The gym and rooftop terrace were added bonuses. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
