During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness and calm atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a getaway during the holiday season. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was in close proximity to the American Embassy and a stunning museum, providing convenient sightseeing options.

There were a couple of negative aspects to my stay. Firstly, the noise isolation in my room was poor, resulting in a lot of street noise reaching my room.

I stayed at Melia Serrano for two nights on a museum tour. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was comfortable with a nice tub for soaking. The pillows and mattress were great, and the little touches like providing a wine opener and adapter were appreciated. The location was convenient for riding the bus to the museum, and the pre fixed menu for dinner was a good deal. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with salmon, brie cheese, and fresh fruit. Bravo to the staff for a comfortable stay!

The rooms were spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a plus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had a great few days at Melia. The hotel is well located, with easy access to the metro and shops. Our room was comfortable and had a nice view.
