My stay at Hotel Chicago Downtown, part of the Autograph Collection, was exceptional! The location was ideal, just steps away from Michigan Avenue and a variety of restaurants and attractions. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast at the nearby restaurant, Yolk. The modern concept of the hotel was evident in its stylish decor, creating a trendy and comfortable atmosphere. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience and would highly recommend it to others.

We were within walking distance to many activities and attractions, including the Riverwalk. It was so convenient to be able to explore the city without having to travel far. The staff at this place was also top-notch. They provided excellent customer service and were very friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the bar and restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and flat-screen TV. we were extremely impressed with the level of service and the location of this hotel.
